Founded in 2005 and with its head office in the International Financial Services Centre, Dublin, Ireland, Openplain has won numerious awards including Best Emerging Company in the IntertradeIreland All-Island Seedcorn Business Competition. Openplain's products and solutions are used in more than 50 countries around the world. Both LicenseMetrics and OfficeMetrics are available as an online and inhouse solutions.

	Managing Director - Jonathan Mulligan Jonathan Mulligan co-founded Openplain in 2005 and is co-inventor of its core technology. Prior to Openplain, Jonathan spent almost a decade with Baltimore Technologies designing and implementing distributed enterprise software solutions for clients such as the Irish Revenue, Nokia and the Australian Department of Defence. He has also consulted for many government bodies including personally instructing An Taoiseach Bertie Ahern and President Bill Clinton on e-security matters. Jonathan is a frequent speaker on technology, e-commerce, e-business and the software industry in general and has written numerous articles for national and international publications. He also regularly consults with early-stage technology companies in the area of product development and positioning. Jonathan received a first-class honours degree in Computer Science from Dublin City University, a Masters of Science from the School of Mathematics, Trinity College Dublin and a Post Graduate Diploma in New Business Development from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
	Sales Director - Brian O'Connell Brian has over 25 years sales experience, operating for major multinationals, including Dell's Direct Sales operation, where he was head of UK and Ireland Sales for mid market, managing a team of over 150 sales executives. Brian also served as Director for Oracle's EMEA sales centre. He has advised many companies on how to implement sales, channel strategies and customer acquisition tactics, including J2 Global, Apple, Digiweb and APC. Brian's specialities include, sales channel development, business partnerships, go-to-market strategies, software development and market entry expertise.
	Technical Director - Damien O'Brien Damien O’Brien is a co-founder of Openplain and has twelve years industry experience developing mission critical software solutions for enterprise, financial and government bodies. Damien regularly speaks at conferences and events on a wide range of IT security related topics. Prior to joining Openplain, Damien held several key positions in Baltimore Technologies. He was product architect and team lead for Baltimore’s flagship product UniCERT, which in 2001 had revenue in excess of $40 million. He also held a key position in Baltimore’s R&D department where he advised senior management on new product development and industry direction. Damien holds a BEng (Hons) in Communications Systems Engineering.
